Interop NYC starts this week, October 3-7, and Dell OEM Solutions will be at the Dell booth #229 to educate and field any questions around how Dell can help power your products and solutions.
Our team participated at Interop Las Vegas 2011 earlier this year as well as Interop New York last year and one common theme is the response we receive after explaining our capabilities. Individuals in the top cloud computing, networking, wireless and mobility organizations have commented: “WOW you can do that for my business?” or “WOW – I can move my network appliance off the existing white box and onto a Dell 1U server, and stop spending time responding to quality questions?”
Dell OEM Solutions is a fascinating business within Dell, and for our customers, a critical resource that allows them to focus on their IP, and not on parts sourcing, certification, support & quality issues. Our ability to modify standard Dell hardware to work in powering our customer’s products – from design all the way through support – is a role many customers don’t initially think Dell plays.
Interop gives us a chance to talk at length with organizations about how they currently build and support their products. As we explore the build-to-order desktops, notebooks, workstations, x86-based rack, tower and blade servers and storage that could power a solution, it becomes clear that Dell OEM Solutions has significant expertise and business insights developed over our 12 years in the industry. Our unbranded, long-life and fully customizable products tend to raise eyebrows as well. In short, they ‘get’ that we ‘get’ their challenges.
I am excited to explore Interop New York, meet with customers and hear about the cool products coming to the market. Along the way, I plan to introduce some attendees to how Dell OEM Solutions can help build and support their products, and maybe get a ‘WOW’ or two in the process.
If you would like to set up a meeting with Dell OEM Solutions around your products and solutions, please email us or stop by the Dell booth #229 to learn more.
