Dell will strengthen its OEM business in Japan.  The co-branded server from Tepsys will be their first case here.  Rick Froehlich says that Dell has plans to build design facilities for customized solutions here in Japan as well.

Dell to provide Tepco Systems with their rack mount servers on OEM basis.  Dell will strengthen its OEM business in Japan.  Dell’s Rick Froehlich says that by choosing Dell as an OEM partner, companies can deliver solutions to their customers without having to worry about procuring hardware, developing manufacturing facilities.  And Dell has the global supply chain to be competitive which will enable companies to see more margin (profit) from their solutions.
